Withdrawal Policy

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), has taken possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Return of Goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless otherwise stated.

Condition of Returned Goods
Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging where possible.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund or reduce the reimbursement if the goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of:

- Goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized

- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery
