Welcome to 2LENSFX. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online store and purchase of our products (Camera Filters). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store.

Our products are intended for private consumers only (B2C). Orders from businesses are not accepted under these terms.

2. Contract Formation

When you place an order, you make a binding offer to purchase the products displayed.
The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by sending an order confirmation email.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT and are displayed in [EUR/USD].

Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown at checkout.

We accept the following payment methods:

Payment is due immediately upon completion of your order.

4. Delivery

We ship our products worldwide. For now, only standard shipping is offered.

Processing time: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

Estimated delivery times:

Germany: 5–7 business days

European Union: 5–10 business days

International: 7–21 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carriers, or unforeseen events.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing a reason.

6. Returns

Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

You bear the direct cost of return shipping, unless otherwise stated.

We may refuse a refund or reduce reimbursement if goods show signs of use beyond what is necessary to examine the product.

7. Warranty

Our products come with the statutory warranty for defective goods.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are liable for intent and gross negligence.

Liability for slight negligence is limited to foreseeable, typical damages, except in cases of injury to life, body, or health.

We are not liable for damages caused by improper use of the products.

10. Governing Law
